IChO Committees

Scientific Committee: The Committee will be responsible for preparing the problems for the theoretical and practical examinations, ensuring scientific quality, coherence, and compliance with IChO international standards in the development and validation of examination content, in close cooperation with the President of IChO 2028, the Organizing Committee, and the relevant international bodies.
 
Chair of the Scientific Committee: Prof.  Luisa De Cola, Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences, University of Milan
Organizing Committee: Working in close cooperation with the President of IChO 2028, the Committee will coordinate and supervise all organizational and logistical activities of the Olympiad, ensuring effective collaboration among stakeholders and full compliance with the standards, procedures, and timelines established by the international IChO organization.
 

Chair of the Organizing Committee: Prof. Alessandro Abbotto, Department of Materials Science, University of Milan-Bicocca

Vice-Chair of the Organizing Committee: Prof. Concetta De Stefano, Department of Chemical, Biological, Pharmaceutical and Environmental Sciences, University of Messina

Chair of Technology and Digital Policy Committee: Prof. Paolo Oliveri, Department of Pharmacy, University of Genoa

International Steering Committee: The highest decision-making body within the Olympiad organizational structure, composed of project leaders from participating countries. The Committee provides strategic guidance and oversight for the planning and implementation of IChO 2028.
